Returns Policy

For all orders from individuals, we accept returns of books that are in print and in re-sellable condition when returned (specifically received) to REP Group Limited. When returning, please be sure to enclose a copy of your original order with the items being returned and shipped via a trackable method to.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your credit to be processed.

For all orders from individuals, we cannot accept returns of any other printed order. All other products are produced to order and to the customers specification.

Shortage Claims

For domestic shipments, if you haven't received your order, or a portion of it is missing, within 25 days of placing your order, and for international shipments, if you haven't received your order within 9 weeks, please contact Customer Service at contact@repwellbeing.com to receive a replacement or refund of your order.

Damage Claims

If you receive your order and a book or product is damaged, please contact Customer Service at contact@repwellbeing.com within 14 days of receipt to receive a replacement or refund for your order.

Returns Policy for eBooks

If you have purchased an e-book direct from Re-Engage and Perspectives these are non-returnable or refundable.
